Today were launching Google Buzz a new way to start conversations about the things you find interesting and share updates photos videos and more. Knowing someone and being their.

Google Buzz is a new way to start conversations about the things you find interesting. If you think about it.

In one week Googles Buzz social network has moved through a splashy launch a quick fix a major cleanup and now an apology. Buzz is built right into Gmail so theres nothing to set up youre automatically. There are lots of reasons to like it as Darrell said and there have already been some great tips published on how best to use it like those in. Theres a reason that FriendFeed doesnt have many users it has some very antiuser features that retard user adoption back when I was.

those of us with Google accounts also have public Google Profiles.

Last week Google launched the much talked about Google Buzz its new social media product that ties into users Gmail accounts among other things.

As it turns out people dont like their info being shared automatically.

Google Buzz actually has a lot of users and much better information flowing through its veins. All of our Google Buzz followers who happen to be contacts in our previously private Gmail accounts now are publicly visible on the profiles see my screen capture. Privacy issues have been widely discussed and addressed accordingly by Google. The biggest complaint that has come up.

Like many of you Ive been spending the past few days experimenting with Google Buzz. Buzzs product manager says his team is very very sorry and that more fixes are coming this week.

Google Buzz has been around for a couple of days now and it clearly has both it supporters and detractors. Its built right into Gmail so you dont have to peck out an entirely new set of friends from scratch it just works.

Google is learning a harsh lesson about social networking thanks to its new Buzz launch.
